We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked, no fine print.
Your 90-day window begins on the date your order is delivered.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at support@onavya.com with your order number.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
That's it. No lengthy forms, no back-and-forth, no hoops to jump through.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 90 days of delivery.
- Products may be opened and partially used — we want you to give them an honest try before deciding.
- Please include your order number in all return correspondence.
Return Shipping
- United States: If your return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- International: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or quantity, simply request a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@onavya.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or defect, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us at support@onavya.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times can vary.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@onavya.com and we will look into it immediately.
