Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at support@onavya.com.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows listed above, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing (for international orders). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any significant delay affects your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Onavya is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will reship the order at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@onavya.com with your order number within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
